Shipping Information
For orders shipped to the United States, RHYMiiX uses DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping. This means you generally will not be charged unexpected import duties or customs fees before delivery. Sales tax may be applied at checkout for certain states where legally required.
For international orders outside the United States, RHYMiiX uses DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping. This means that any import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or other additional charges required before delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that for all returned orders, customs duties, taxes, and related charges are non-refundable and, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund.
Once your order has shipped, RHYMiiX will notify you by email and provide tracking information. You may also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account at rhymiix.com, or contact customer service at contact@rhymiix.com.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within the return period to contact@rhymiix.com and must include your order number or valid proof of purchase.
Returned items must be sent back in substantially the same condition as received, together with the original packaging, labels, protective films, and all accessories. RHYMiiX reserves the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected by RHYMiiX.
RHYMiiX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
1-Year Limited Warranty
RHYMiiX warrants that electronic watches purchased directly from rhymiix.com are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
This limited warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of delivery and applies only to the original purchaser. If RHYMiiX confirms that the product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, RHYMiiX may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or issue a refund.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, abuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, aging, cosmetic changes, liquid damage, external causes, or any use contrary to the product instructions. It also does not cover loss or damage occurring during return shipment.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact contact@rhymiix.com as soon as possible after discovering the issue, and no later than 2 months after discovery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Do not send any item back unless you have first received written instructions from RHYMiiX.
